Ashley and Mary-Kate Olsen Collaborate with StyleMint On a Cosmic Accessory Collection

Get excited, Ashley Olsen and Mary-Kate Olsen are designing a chic and affordable collection of accessories! As part of StyleMint’s Studio Series, the stylish sisters will launch AMKxSM—a must-have capsule that blend s the Olsen s modern design aesthetic with StyleMint s versatile, everyday style. The collaboration includes eight pieces of jewelry and two hand-held bag styles that come in a selection of fabrics and colors, including metallic silver, navy, and sky blue.

We drew inspiration from constellations and created versatile pieces that transition easily from day to night, Ashley tells InStyle of the collection, which features scattered gems and a night sky palette that gives an elegant nod to horoscopic traditions. Mary-Kate adds: We focused on minimalist designs that can be mixed, matched, and layered, yet are strong enough to wear on their own.
How should you wear the earrings, hand chains, necklaces, rings, and more that they designed? Take a cue from the fashionable pair. If you have multiple earring holes, wear a pair of the Pyxis drop earrings in the same ear for an asymmetrical look, says Mary-Kate. I love the idea of layering structured pieces with the more delicate ones. Pair the Hydra bangle with the Lynx hand chain, Ashley states.
When it came to the creation of the bags, the Olsen s had a specific vision. We always design with functionality in mind, Ashley says. Each pouch can be carried as a clutch or used to hold everyday items, including makeup and jewelry.
