Amazon s take on the Netflix Original Series, this ten-episode season revolves around a Los Angeles family as they struggle to come to terms with the fact that the father, Mort (Jeffrey Tambor), is transgender. Each episode is only 30 minutes, so we won’t hold it against you for plowing through in a weekend.
Broad City


Like Girls, with a helluva lot more grit. Created by real-life friends Ilana Glazer and Abbi Jacobson (who also star in the series) and produced by Amy Poehler, you can except some pee-your-pants scenes about life as twenty-something in NYC.

Fargo


Okay, so you have to pay for this one. But it was too good to leave out. Produced by the Coen brothers and loosely based on the movie, this series is everything you would expect: dark, sweetly philosophical and really, really friggin cold.

The sketch comedy show (which airs Wednesdays on Comedy Central) is now available for the binge-worthy sect. (Huzzah!) Follow Keegan-Michael Key and Jordan Peele as they riff on everything from being Obama s translator to teaching at an all-white high school.

Even Dylan McDermott Gets the Chills Watching His New Show, Stalker

If you love a good psychological thriller, Stalker will be your newest obsession. The show stars Dylan McDermott and Maggie Q as LAPD detectives investigating nightmarish stalking cases with deadly twists and turns at every corner. (Seriously, brace yourself—we saw an early screening and it took three days to recover.) McDermott tells InStyle how viewers can best prepare for the series premiere tonight, Oct. 1, on CBS.

Although he plays a fearless detective on the show, McDermott gets the chills watching episodes at home. “I have the curtains tightly sealed, a baseball bat in hand, and a loved one to hold my sweaty clenched fist,” he says.
Tonight’s fiery premiere focuses on a killer who stalks women in Los Angeles and then sets them ablaze. If you’re easily rattled, be sure to call on a binge buddy before tuning in—and remember that there’s safety in numbers. Really, McDermott suggests that the ideal viewing party would consist of “your neighborhood watch or security team.” We d have to agree.

Mad Men s 30 Best Looks Ever

See All Photos Mad Men s final season kicks off this Sunday on AMC at 10pm/9c, and while there s a lot to love about the spicy show, one of our favorite love affairs is with the fashion.
Cue: Janie Bryant, the Emmy-award winning costume designer behind the cast of Mad Men s looks. Her skills speak to the time in which the show takes place (the 1960s) impeccably. She captures the essence of a Madison Avenue-housed advertising agency with each and every look from chic housewife styles and looks that embody the mod mood happening in the 60s to powerhouse work wear — each of which is usually decorated with a double-strand of pearls or beautiful brooches. Needless to say, (a Banana Republic line later, after all) Bryant s costuming made a dent. The memorable looks she creates—which are part her own designs, part vintage finds—perfectly epitomize the period while leaving us yearning to recreate the looks ourselves (if you want a little dose of her killer style in your own closet, keep your eyes peeled for her own tights line, Janie Bryant Leg Couture, which launches this August).
So while we re sad to see the show go, we re adding an extra dose of sweet to the start of this bitter sweet departure by taking a look back at the Emmy-award winning show s 30 best looks ever.
